Orion Spatial Proteomics Platform
Orion resolves tissue microenvironments at whole-slide scale with single-round, 20-channel imaging — turning spatial biomarkers into a reproducible, clinical-scale workflow.
Orion combines a 20-channel imaging instrument, a validated ArgoFluor reagent ecosystem, and quantitative analysis software into one spatial proteomics platform. A single round of cocktail staining with direct conjugates — with no iterative strip-and-restain cycles — preserves tissue and antigen integrity while measuring high-plex panels of phenotypic, functional, and structural markers on a single section.
The result is high-plex spatial data that scales from discovery research to large, multi-user studies at clinical scale, all under one antigen-retrieval condition and one analysis workflow.

- 20 imaging channels in a single round. Orion measures 20 channels in a single scan without the iterative staining cycles that degrade tissue — single-round cocktail staining preserves both tissue morphology and antigen integrity.
- Whole-slide throughput for cohort-scale studies. High-speed scanning covers >8 cm² imaging areas, with up to 30-slide automation and more than 100 slides per week for 24/7 unattended operation across multi-user labs.
- A validated reagent ecosystem of 500+ conjugates. More than 500 IHC-validated ArgoFluor antibody conjugates spanning 200+ biomarkers assemble in any combination under a single antigen-retrieval condition, removing staining-order complexity from custom panel design.
- Quantitative data at 0.325 µm resolution. On-board segmentation and feature calculation run in parallel with imaging at 20X (0.325 µm) resolution, producing analysis-ready spatial data with automated QC reporting.
